A little proxy.
On your side.
We’re building a way to hand over a call, without handing over control.

A small question.
A whole afternoon.
A repair date. A missed delivery. A question for the council.
Something that sounds simple can mean menus, hold music and telling the same story all over again. The little jobs have a way of taking up a lot of room.
We think people deserve help on their side of the call. Help that knows what to ask, gets to the point and brings the answer back.

One brief.
One call.
One less thing.
The first product is being built around one outbound phone call and an answer by text.
You’ll give Proxling the organisation, a reference and what you need to know. It will handle the dialling, the menu and the waiting, then ask your question.
If the organisation needs to speak to you, the plan is to ring you when a person is ready.

With limits.

- 01
Clear about who’s calling.
Proxling will introduce itself as an AI calling on your behalf. Your name. Your reason for calling.
- 02
Your brief sets the limits.
It’s being designed to ask what you asked it to ask, with a specific task to complete.
- 03
Your decisions stay yours.
A cost, a booking or a change of plan will come back to you for approval.
- 04
A person when it matters.
If the organisation needs your identity checked or your own answer, you take over.
A proper start.
One call at a time.

The one-call service.
One clear brief, a call handled on your behalf and the answer sent by text. Beta coverage and timing are still taking shape.
